WEIGMA VPV2 DUO LINEAR WEIGHER
The weight range is from 50 gr to 2000 gr, with standard container capacity, designed for products of homogeneous size with a maximum length of 75 mm.
It can reach a production of 40 cycles per minute, depending on the product and weight.
The weigher is made of stainless steel, with a precision of more than one unit.
The Weigher is composed of:
A 100-liter accumulation hopper that receives the product. Four Vibration Channels, two Power channels and two Pre channels. and refined dose and two weighing containers.
The product falls into a receiving hopper, the Pre-dose channel and the Refining channel advance from the hopper, these are driven by the same vibrator.
The closing hatches prevent the product from spilling after it has been weighed.
The correct regulation of the volume of the product, in the channels, is controlled by means of direct detection cells. The detection cells are height adjustable.
The weighing bowl is easy to remove, it is controlled by a load cell, with an auto tare, programmable depending on the product.
The weigher is controlled by a touch screen with memory for 50 different programs depending on the product. All the machine settings can be made from this single screen and the changes made in it are saved in the machine's work program.
The production information of the machine can be printed. The program has an automatic system to detect any production failure.

Non-stick channels: The channels made of stainless steel tear sheet prevent the product from adhering and facilitate the product's path from the hopper to the weighing bowl and their cleaning.
Elevator control system: This cell controls whether the hopper is full or empty, in case it is empty it connects the elevator to fill it and if it is full it stops it.
