1. DESCRIPTION

The weight range of the WEG3 weigher is 100 gr. to 10 kg.

designed for products of homogeneous size with a maximum length of 250 mm.

It can reach 15 cycles (heavy) per minute in dosages of 1000 gr.

7/8 cycles (heavy) per minute in dosages of 5000 gr.

Made of stainless steel.

2. OPERATION

Composed of a receiving hopper with a capacity of 50 liters, 2 channels; A Pre dose channel and a Tuning channel and a weighing container; These components are located in a staggered fashion.

The hopper and each channel are fed by individual high-powered vibrators, specially designed to advance highly adherent products.

The product falls into the receiving hopper, from the hopper it advances to the following channels, the Pre-dose channel and the Refining channel.

The closing hatches prevent the product from spilling after it has been weighed.

The correct regulation of the volume of the product, in the channels, is controlled by means of direct detection cells. The detection cells are height adjustable.

The weighing container is easy to remove from the machine. It is controlled by two load cells. This weighing container has an auto tare, programmable depending on the product.

Controlled by a touch screen, it has a memory of 50 programs. All the machine settings can be made from this single screen and the changes made in it are saved in the machine's work program.

The production information of the machine can be printed. The program has an automatic system to detect any production failure.

Non-stick channels: The channels made of stainless steel tear sheet prevent the product from adhering and facilitate the product's path from the hopper to the weighing bowl and their cleaning.

Elevator control system: This cell controls if the hopper is full or empty, in case it is empty it connects the elevator to fill it and if it is full it stops it.
